Hi,
I lost my connection last night and an orange voice light appeared on the router with no internet light. It's now morning and it's still not back up and running. I have tried all the online checks, resetting, unplugging etc and nothing has worked.
I work from home so this is really inconvenient.
Someone, please help!

@Highlinder So when I run the test, it says
'We tried to check the connection to your hub but it's not responding. It might not be switched on.'
Then I click 'Let's fix it'
Run the steps, unplug etc, then test the broadband and it says
'Your Broadbands up and running again'
Even though it really isn't.
I have a green Power and wifi Light, an Orange Voice light, and no internet light on.
