Openreach installed full fiber into my next door neighbors house today (I got mine 2 weeks ago) and ever since his was installed, the voice light on my router has switched to orange and my internet intermittently cuts out. Tests are showing there's an issue with connection to router. I've tried switching off at power and disconnecting and reconnecting the line.
Is this potentially a physical issue caused by the engineers installing next doors today? Or is it just coincidence that I'm getting this issue. My internet's been perfect since my full fibre installation, until today.

Thnaks for the rply my friend. Turn out there was an external issue which got reported. Issue seems to have been fixed as of this morning.
