VoIP Phone stopped working overnight, unable to make or receive calls on my work handset.
As i understand it, there is an issue with the new firmware update to the Sky Max Hub and i may need an alternate software version, please could I have some help with this? I work from home most of the week and this is making it impossible to do!

@cwatts1801 I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
