Hi, 

 

we were suppose to have an appointment today 12-2 for an engineer to come out to us to fix our box. How come this has been cancelled?

Unfortunately the internet cable was damaged by our puppy so we require a new one.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services so we can't say why the appointment was cancelled. You'll need to contact Sky and ask them.
