@1stCallElectrical as a first step run thecserrvicecchecker innthe My Sky app as if the speed to your hub is below tge guaranteed speed it should give you some options to getvitvsorted including booking an engineer. 

If however thst is as it should be the issue is in your home which if you. Are using wifi is probably poor signal strength. Rebooting the hub can help,as can making durecthe hub is out innthe open and above obstructions like radiators. Beyond that you may need extra wifi sources if the layoutvand type of construction means the Sky hub cannot giveca usablecsignal in every room.
