Connected but no internet

Hi all,i need help,I've no Internet the past 6 days,all lights are green,all test are clear and every time I contact sky I'm told to do the same thing over and over again,they have started to send me out new routers,boosters etc to try and fix the problem.has any one any solutions as my next step is to terminate my contract and move to a different provider.thank you

@Peterg999 you cannot terminate your contract unless Sky agree to let you.which they will if they cannotvsolve your issu


Something is clearly wrong and if replacing hubs etc has not cured the issue it is likely something in your home. There is a fault which can block connection for periods where the server managing your connection stops routing data but that  would clear after a hub change. On your devices if you type 192.168.0.1 into a browser does the hub's interface load? Do you have a second router in the network perhaps actingvas a wifi extender? The reason for asking these questions is checking if there is an issuecwith IP addresses. To work all devices connected either need to becset to receive an IP address from the hub or if using fixedcaddtesses they must be innthe range the hub can see which is 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.253.

 

If you have an IP,address conflict devices will look to be connected but no data flows. Causes of conflicts can be a second device giving out  IP addresses hence the question about a second router
