Very slow wifi

I'm paying for 'superfast' broadband. Im constantly trying to change my payment date to the 7th of the month when im paid. And constantly being charged an extra £10 per month. So many problems as of late with Sky. Fed up with it. Had engineers out, many times, lost days pay. And still the speed isshocking and always having problems. I hope this is resolved very soon

@Tantay given the number of issues you are posting about it is quicker andeasier if you talk to Sky directly so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
