Very slow gigabit broadband

My Internet speed is awfull since I upgraded it should be 1000gb but I'm getting at best 200gb

Its 'mbps' not 'gb'. The speed you pay for is 1000mbps down the line to your router. If your only getting 200mbps on a test its very likely your using WiFi which cant be guaranteed nor would likely achieve 1000mbps. You need to use an ethernet cable to get your full speed.
