Very slow connectio

My Internet connection has become ridiculously and frustratingly  slow to the extent that I want to change provider. I have run the Sky speed test and it says everything is fine. It isn't fine however. Please advise what to do. Thanks

Could you post a screenshot of a speedtest taken on speedtest.net from one of your devices?

@19steve64 The online tool, what package off bandwidth do you have with your broadband with sky?
