I've had super slow broadband since Saturday.
sky said they had booked in an engineer but no one has come to resolve the issue. This service is unacceptable and so frustrating! Please send an engineer tomorrow.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@sammy+t Openreach engineers do not work on domestic lines at the weekend and most checks are run without coming to your home. They clear roughly 85% of faults within 2 full working days from the report.

It's been over 2 full working days so I must be part of the unlucky 15%!!
They can check the line from where ever they want. It's still not working so we need an engineer on site..... asap.
