That's not going to happen.
The different WiFi 'guarantees' are described here: there's no provision for a monthly reduction.

And the terms of the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed permit a single month claim in a 24 month minimum contract term.

@Goodfellow1 Sky's service checker is what you need to look at, some captured pictures below to give you the idea.
Picture 1, Then the > to expand for the rest off the Images to be viewed.
Picture 2, start of the 30 Day period sky stores for you to look against.
