Very poor wifi

Please be advised that my internet Wi-Fi speed is very poor today. Again? The speeds is less than 500 Mb In fact, is 430 Mb as we park notice is a constant problem these speeds don't even match the speeds of the boosters of 500mbs I therefore respectfully asked that you reduce my monthly payments for my interne Bill by £10 a month as compensation. Please apply this to my next month's account for the rest of the contract. Many thanks Many thanks.

That's not going to happen.

 

The different WiFi 'guarantees' are described here: there's no provision for a monthly reduction.

And the terms of the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed permit a single month claim in a 24 month minimum contract term.
