Very poor wifi connection

Since my contract was renewed on the same terms with the same hub we had very poor connection. I now started to wfh occasionally and this issue became unbearable. Please resolve

@Elena43  You are not talking to Sky we are mainly customers like yourself. Do you have a black or white router from Sky?
