I have had ongoing challenges with broadband connection and Wi-Fi since upgrading. Phoned Sky , they said is was the shield which they turned off.... worked somewhat better but not all devices could connect. Now hasn't worked for 4 or 5 days. All 3 green lights are on.... had to connect a TP router for Wi-Fi.... that is now not working . All the time the Ethernet connections work! Just not Wi-Fi. Any help ? Do I ask for a replacement Router?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@bryanggg if you cannot connect to the Sky hubs wifi using the details printed on its label a d you have not changed the log on details call Sky s the hub maybe faulty.

@Chrisee @Thanks have contacted @@sky engineer is coming out as their May be wider issues . Very good customer service on the call and surprisingly easy ( ie not long to wait) to get through on call
