Very poor broadband performance last few weeks

After very consistent broadband performance for many years suddenly since a few weeks ago service is dropping completely regularly and inbetween times fluctuating up & down so I'm left hanging in Teams & Zoom calls. Often needing to drop out and rejoin. I rely on this service for work and this isn't ideal at all. Please can someone help to resolve.
