Very low wiFi speeds

Hi, I have the Sky Full Fibra 500, but one week after installation my speeds in the bedrooms in the first floor are 3.81 Mb/s download and the 7.77 Mb/s upload.

The Sky website internet check says that my WiFi is fine, but the speeds are far too low (and they are not stable neither).

What shoud I do?

@Alessandra5  Do you have broadband boost or broadband Max with your broadband subscription?

@Alessandra5  Do you have the broadband Max subscription that gives you extra control over who can be on the internet and what times it can be switched off. As if you have this then you can get a booster pod sent out at no extra cost to help with the Wi-Fi in the property.

@Alessandra5  If you are not sure if you have the Max subscription then give Sky a call and enquire about getting a Sky booster pod they will be able to tell you if there is going to be a cost attached to this.
