New router far slower than precious

We recently upgraded our WiFi with you when renewing our contract. However, since the change the WiFi has been far slower. On the tv, mobile devices and laptop, everything is running way slower than previous. I also don't think the WiFi is reaching the whole has as it did previously.

Went from the broadband hub - black

to the Max Hub - White.
