Very disappointed

Can you please help me! I am very disappointed with our broadband is just not living up to today's standards. Could you please sort this out

@D_J In short probably no, the community here is mainly a customer to customer support platform, there are a few Sky staff here but they will be unable to assist with this matter.

We may be able to advise on possible ways to help but you need to provide more information as to what the issue is.

@D_J you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. You will have to call them if you want their help.

 

However if you post some details of what issues you have forum members can try yo help.
