Very Slow internet connection

Internet connection is really slow. Testing on line i have 5Mb download. The browser even don't load the home page. Is really annoying because sometimes I work remotely and I can not have a teams call because line is cracking or video freezing. I have done some researches on how to solve this problem and seams I have to paste the statistics in order to be helped.
