Very Poor Fibre Broadband

We upgraded from the old copper broadband to SKY fibre broadband on a 300Mbpscontract  in March 2025 and ever since we have had problems with the new Fibre broadband being intermittant or not being available at all.

  1. Being annoyed and fed up I try to call SKY for help with this problem, here is where the problems become worse, I spent over 2 and half hours on the phone being passed from India to South Africa and back to Scotland, After this mammoth phone call I was Promised that SKY would be sending out van engineer to our home but someone from SKY would be in touch to arrange the date. Guess what ? I'm still waiting for the call and our appointment from 5 weeks ago. I'm really annoyed with SKY after being a customer for over 26 years.
  2. My question to the forum is this, does anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to how I can get some sort of response for someone from SKY to respond and come and sort out our Fibre broadband  ?   Any suggestions or help as to how we can get SKY would be most
  3. welcome. Thank you everyone in advance for anyone who may have any ideas as to how we can get SKY to meet the contract obligations that we are all paying them for.
