Variable internet speed

Every now and then the internet doesn't work. For example, for 20 seconds I have a ping of 40-80, then 1000-4000 and this is the case on all devices.

@Marek+Urbanski you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but the variation in ping results can be down to packet loss most likely to be caused by WiFi inrerference but can be caused by other issues. You can set up a Broadband Quality Monitor if you suspect the issue is due to a line issue which it can be in rarer cases.

 

If you are gaming it is strongly recommended to use an ethernet cable from your hub to to the device especially if you have a large number of close neighbours. WiFi is always a bit of a gamble.

 

To post screnshots simply use the camera icon in the toolbar but you have have to use the ... button if it isnt appearing if you are using for example a phone to post.
