Looking at moving away from Virgin broadband ( contract ends 8th Jan) to Sky but the online application says the validation date is April 2025. What does this mean?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GAIL52 not sure as the term does not make sense. If moving between Virgin and Sky use the one touch switch system where Sky co-ordinates dates so you not left with no service dont cancel with Virgin. Where the online switch is not working give Sky a call they can expkain why there maybe a delay.
