We signed up for Sky Broadband at the end of October, but we are very disappointed with the service. The download speeds are insufficient for our needs, and we are experiencing frequent freezing during FaceTime and Zoom calls, as well as constant buffering. Due to these issues, we are considering switching back to BT or Community Fibre. Could someone please contact us to discuss this matter? The current Wi-Fi speeds are making it difficult for us to work effectively.

Two months into your contract so it may be to late to cancel without hefty early termination fees.
