VPN ot working since sky broad band went off this week- fibre broadband

i have been using. a VPn for years that  has been working fine on cable broadband. i was forced by sky to change to fibre . Begining of this week our broadband went off during the night  along with other family members who are also with sky and since this my VPN has  not worked. i have sky shield turned off . how do i solve this issue ?
