VPN not working since upgrading to fibre

I had my broadband upgraded to fibre on Friday, now I can't access VPN or Zscaler on my work laptop. My IT dept have tried to help, but have said it's an issue with the network connection. Can anyone help please?

As @cookiemonsteruk indicates, there's a known issue with business VPNs and the Sky deployment of IPv4 address sharing through Map-T on their network up to a Max Hub.
