Approx six weeks ago we had an issue accessing VPN and internet on work laptops (both for me and my wife, different companies, both surface pro). Can still receive emails via Outlook and Teams messages. Can't use Teams or Zoom for meetings. Can't get on websites - unreachable. After first instance Sky sent a new router (as the previous one was too old apparently) and it was fixed for about four or five weeks. Started again this week and another new router sent which hasn't resolved anything. Have made multiple calls to helpline but not much help so far. Turned off broadband shield. Any hep or advice greatly appreciated!
