VPN connection

I cannot connect to my work VPN since upgrading. Work has looked extensively at the issue and advised a number of staff have had the same issue. Changing security settings does not help.

Thank you, I've called a few times but not managed to get this resolved. Might need to change suppliers if it cannot be resolved.
