VOIP phone not working since BBand installed yesterday

Installed BBand yesterday , all works OK (slow speed)  -   but the phone by VOIP has never worked.   No green light for voice  , so I have 3 out of the 4 expected.

Power cycled both units, no change.   

Analog/wired phone does not work either.

I believe the green Voice light needs to be green for any chance,   isn't it green (ideally) even if no phone connected?

Have you tried a full reboot (power off and on) of the Hub since midnight?

Done full power cycle on router.

Power cycle of DECT phone      ...but analog wired phone not work either.

No Voice green light

 

 

Did a push button reset to router as the guide said ,  achieved nothing!

In that case I think you'll need to log a fault with Sky.  This situation doesn't seem to be rare, judging from the number of similar posts.

Phoned 0330 XXX 3000

 

SKY that there is an issue with 'number porting from BT' ...... wait another 24 hrs  .

The first 24 hrs did not fix it.
