Useless sky
I have recently had fibre optic Sky ultrafast plus installed at my home and didn't have use of my Sky glass tv for 3 days, now I am receiving a slower connection speed than the lower package my current speeds are
Download: 70.0mbps
upload:28.8mbps
this is utter ridiculous I am not happy does anybody else have problems and slow speeds like mine plz?

Re: Useless sky
@G56 how are you measuing speeds in particular how is the device connected to the hub?
Speedtests measure the slow part of the transfer which is often the WiFi speed in your home. The best router in the world can produce a fast WiFi signal but that signal's speed drops as it passes through solid objects like walls and is totally blocked by even a thin layer of metal. Full fibre services very rarely dont deliver the speed bought so it is pretty unlikely to be thecspeed to your hub.
