Useless service checker

Anyone else have issues where the service checker says it's all ok, but every device that usually connects to the WiFi, can't connect, or a device does connect but has no network. 

Sky automated service is absolutely useless here, I just want to raise a support ticket to get this fixed and it keeps sending me to support pages. Pain. Any help?

@AdamC3  Normally when you run the service checker if your connection has not been down for an hour it does show as all okay. This is down to the radius server reporting that it can see that it had a connection and all was okay. Have you tried to run it again to see if it tells you anything different?

I have the same issue in the the Thetford region.  My hub will show green for power and wifi and the internet light will be out, but the service checker will show everything is good.

 

This has only started happening in the last 3-6 months.  Before then, if the internet light was out, running the check would find a fault but then I'd get service back almost immediately after that
