Urgent: No Internet for 4 Days

I am writing to request urgent assistance with my Sky Broadband connection. My internet has not been working for the last four days, even though I have already paid my bill. I have restarted the router, checked all cables, and followed basic troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unchanged

Unfortunately nothing to do with domestic broadband is 'urgent'.  If you haven't already logged a fault with Sky then you'll need to do so: the Openreach target time to fix would then be end of day on Wednesday.

@binod  As noted by @TimmyBGood   You have a domestic service with all the SLA's that entails, in a ddition we are customers here, so posting urgent is pointless.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@binod Does the service checker show anything to you? see linked!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
