Upstairs wifi weak

What can i BUY to boost my wifi upstairs, dont have any packages for free boosts from sky amd would rather just sort this quickly rather than get engineer out etc etc have gigafast broadband package and all test not surprising comes out to issues , when clearing we are having issues upstairs , although just noticed i have broadband boost which is of no use to me as it states everything is fine

@andrenaf the best solution is to buy a complete home wifi system as using third oarty extenders is not a good idea as you can get interference issues. A proper mesh wifi solution running in access point mode with the Sky WiFi turned off is likely to be the best solution 

However before buying one consider thecspedds you need few in anyone needs 900Mb/s in every room and buying a system thst can do thst costs serious money. Netgear Orbi and TP-Link Deco systems seem good choice.

@andrenaf What sky hub are you using is the question, if sky Max and you want your own then you need to look at a wired mesh unit/units and not a booster!

Not ski max its the black box thinking may need to contact sky amd see if they can help 🙈

@andrenaf The sky SR203 Sky Broadband Hub, then most standard wifi 5 boosters will work, have a look see for sure the Asus RP-AX58 good to go although it is a wifi 6 one, and Tp-Links should be fine also!

The easy sky one is the SE210 sky Broadband Booster, but you cannot buy one from sky!

@andrenaf The SE210 is what you want and need then, but they will try to push you sky Max!

Am.in a new contract till November 2027 so hopefully they cant but either way am stuck

@andrenaf If you have had Boost on your old contract carried on always, then stick to your guns and get the SE210 from them!
