Upstairs broadband

My son plays on his PlayStation and it freezes lots and my phone freezes while watching movies

@Ladyfoz sounds like you need a booster or similaryou could pay for Sky's WiFi Max bundle which can give up to 3 extenders  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max 

 

Alterntively you can buy your own kit if you prefer.
