Upload speed is sitting below 2mpbs

The upload speed has been fine since I got the hub but the last couple of days when I run a connection test on my ps5 my upload speed isn't above 2mpbs. This is causing significant lagging when trying to online game & also drops the quality of streaming on apps such as Netflix.
