A Sky engineer visited me today to try and address an intermittent problem with speed.
She has booked a visit from OpenReach but told my daughter that she had checked and that we could upgrade to fibre.
She said that they can now bring fibre by overhead wires.
However, I have tried to do an upgrade through Sky and it tells me the maximum I can get is 55mb i.e. not fibre.
I have tried to question this with someone but the Bots prevent this.
Does Sky have a sales department with a telephone number that I could call?
