Upgrading from basic broadband to Superfast 35 - Router question

Hello 🙂

For 15+ years we have had the basic broadband. Last week I upgraded to the Superfast 35 broadband which requires a new hub and activation.

I have received the hub today as promised and activation is on Wednesday. As I am already a Sky broadband customer can I instal the new router now or do I need to wait for activation?

I know it's only 2 days away but I might be a little bit excited! I obviously need to get out more 😉

Thank you.

@Anita+Tamworth your new hub will work with your current service so you can set it up early if you want.

@Chrisee

Thank you! I thought that would be the case but wanted to check.
