What the point of sky having online account and protal to do things when it doesnt bloody work. Everything i try to do it say Oh no cant do that pls call this number everything and every time i try to do somthing.. So WHAT THE POINT OF THIS online account when it doesnt work.. Then when I call i cant get help as i am on a stupid Prioty system and that not open at this time of night and weekends.
