Upgraded to fiber 500 and keeps buffering
We have just upgraded from the 150 to 500 broadband and change routers to the sky max hub but everything has slowed down. Netflix down takes forever to load and constantly buffers and teams is shocking it's always cutting out and again buffering.
we have tried the hard reset by holding the side button for 1 min and waiting for everything to reset also tried unplugging everything for 30 mins as advised and nothing is helping

Having similar issues on sky super fast plus and speeds are 54/49 Mbps and very intermittent connectivity and problems with video streaming.
