Hi,
I have upgraded to fibre and we're connected. My iMac is wireless and showing that it's connected to the Wi-Fi with good signal. Problem is it's not loading up the internet etc. Please help? I need to get it sorted for work. Thanks

Could you clarify - What router are you trying to use? A new one Sky provided you or different one/3rd party?
Do any other devices connect to the router through wifi or ethernet and access the internet without issue?

It's Sky Broadband Fibre and all devises are connecting apart from my iMac.

Something weird happened. I just tried it again and noticed it goes to default as 'limit IP tracking'. I switch it off and it flips back again when I join the network?
