Upgraded to 500 finre

I was given an activation date for upgrade to fibre on the 25th of November, but but it kept getting delayed. I finally got activated on the 27th January. I spoke to a sky operator a couple of times and he informed me that I was entitled to some compensation. How do I find out if I'm entitled to compensation?

I don't actually know if the compensation applies to upgrades. It might only be new orders, although i guess you could argue an upgrade is still an order. If you are entitled it would be £6.10 per day so you technically should be entitled to £384.30
