Re: Upgraded my wifi
I'd think you've probably upgraded broadband rather than WiFi.
A move from Superfast (FTTC) to Ultrafast (FTTP) requires both the external and internal physical installation of the optical circuit.
Changing speed band on an existing FTTP connection should be rapid.
WiFi might not change at all...
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Upgraded my wifi
@Lauren1112 you sound to becwaiting for an upgrade to full fibre you should have been given a date for a visit from an engineer who does the work inside your home. Check the My Orders section of the My Sky app or website. As a new line has to be run how long thst takes varies on how much work is involved sonanything from a couple of weeks to several months in a few cases.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
