Upgraded broadband apparently.
Had the basic sky last month, worked absolutely fine. Had a right carry on where they disconnected me when they shouldn't have so I was given a better upgraded fibre package apparently but its dire. It takes ages to connect. Half the time I'm switching it off and using my mobile data its that bad. Anyone else having similar issues?!

Broadband signal issues to the hub or just wifi internal issues?
If wifi did you try the basics such as turning off the Sky Broadband Shield and changing the hub wifi security level from WPA3 to WPA2?
