I have received an email from sky saying that I am eligible for free upgrade, and an engineer has been booked for 6/6/2025 . Also asking for photo of all my equipment and set up ,and my name address and to verify my account. Is this a legitimate email
@Wjblej06 Would say absolutely NOT, sky already KNOW exactly what you have/who you are and zero need for you to impart ANY off that requested information. So do NOT do it... You can call sky to see if your are having anything done. the number is below or 150 if you have a landline, DO NOT use any other number, see the need more help and scroll until you see it displayed.
