Upgrade to ultrafast +

I already have ultrafast broadband but I'm thinking about upgrading to ultrafast + but was just wondering if it involved having an engineer to come to my address or was something I could be able to do myself?

If you already have ultrafast 1 via fttp then no engineer is required to upgrade to 500 Mbps
