Upgrade to full fibre

I agreed to upgrade to Full Fibre last week and have an engineer appointment booked for next week.

I had a message from Royal Mail regarding a delivery from Sky last Saturday. I requested a different delivery date as I was away on Saturday. Despite this, I received a small envelope with an ethernet cable delivered by royal mail when I was out.

My question is: should I also expect a new Sky Hub as part of the upgrade, or will my existing hub work with Full Fibre? I just want to make sure I have everything I need before the engineer visit.

Re: Upgrade to full fibre

@Liz40 Sky Max and the Sky Broadband Hub, all that is needed for FF operation is the Ethernet cable that sky sent you, hub remains the same, OR socket conecion get's disconnected and removed, RJ45 Port 4 Wan connection to the new ONT for the Fibre install! Landline if used connects to the back off the sky hub!
