Upgrade to full fibre?

My broadband is the super fast 80. It is very slow and lagging while my son is on his pc. My spead is 73 mb/s Is that different faster broadband

If your on superfast 80 that means you are on FTTC or part fibre, not full fibre.

If your son is struggling with lag on his PC is more likely to be WiFi interference. Is it possible to connect the PC via ethernet?
