@mndwbcbdcndk  You can see what speeds are available to you and if fibre is available to you with the link below.

If you are not able to understand it, post a screenshot, but hiding the private information in the top-left corner.

For what Sky can offer you can find at the link below.

Re: Upgrade to full fibre

Full fibre isn't at my location yet but can get the 61mb deal from sky but BT offer a free upgrade from partial fibre to full fibre if you are in contract with them and I wondered if Sky do this as can't see anything in their information

@mndwbcbdcndk  If you are looking for that kind of information then it would be best to speak to Sky about it. You can find the number to call at the bottom of the link below under " Need more help "

Worth noting perhaps that a number of BT customers who have Halo 3+ (which includes the supposed free upgrade to Full Fibre when available), have posted on the BT Community to complain.

Halo 3+ is supposed to upgrade you for free, without re-contracting, but as Full Fibre has become available customers have called only to be told that they have to sign up for another 2 years to get a free upgrade.

Personally, I'm not sure anything BT say or do can be trusted at the moment, they are in a real mess moving everything to EE.

I would either wait for Full Fibre to be available and then move to Sky to see if you can get a deal on install, or move now and just recontract and try and get a free install then when upgrading.

@mndwbcbdcndk

It would depend how you define 'free'. Sky would allow you to upgrade to FTTP while in contract without incurring any penalty/fee's but you would likely have to pay a bit more per month for the upgraded package cost.
