You have offered me an upgrade to ultra fibre for £34 but it is only £29 on your website. This make me angry as I have been a customer for a number of years and feel you dont look after customers who have stayed with you for all these years.
Its the same in almost any company. New customers get the better deals to get them onboard, then companies hope that they will stay when the renewal comes around.
