Broadband issues

Can anyone help or provide me with the sky customer service number.  my broadband hub has the white light on and not all devices are connecting.  Some devices like the TV and mobiles are not connecting to the Wi-Fi. I have done a reboot several times and it has made no difference

@Zie1  You might have to go into the Wi-Fi area on the app and change it from WPA3 to WPA2 this should  enable you to connect those devices.
