Upgrade to Sky Max - New Kit

I just moved and upgraded to sky max, but did not receive a new wifi box or pods. Do I have to order them?

Any previous black Sky Hub model would be swapped out for a white Max Hub.  No pods are despatched by default: they are claimable retrospectively.

Thanks. I have a white hub already. Where do I order a pod? 
I use top floor bedroom as an office and need one.
