I currently have Sky Broadband Ultra Fast 1 however i'm looking to upgrade to Full Fibre Gigafast.
I have tried to speak to an actual human either over the phone or via online chat and it's proving near impossible to speak to anyone other than a robot.
I'm a newish customer on a deal with Ultra Fast 1 discounted down to £26.00 a month but the speeds aren't great for a household full of kids gaming and streaming.
If i was to upgrade online to Full Fibre Gigafast, how quickly would the speed upgrade be in place and would it make any material changes to my existing Sky deal other than an extra £20pm for the Broadband speed?
